Mohammad and Mark chose to join forces and start Abdallah & Dvorak in order to provide their clients with a wide selection of criminal to civil legal services. Combined, Mohammad and Mark have been practicing law for over fifteen years.
The law firm of Abdallah & Dvorak practice areas include criminal law, personal injury, business representation and individual or consumer protection. Examples of these cases include personal injury, driving while intoxicated (DUI and OVI), landlord/tenant law, administering an estate, creating a will, starting a business, or filing a lawsuit.
Attorney Mohammad Abdallah
Mohammad was born in upstate New York and grew up in Cleveland. He attended Lakewood High School where he played football and later graduated from Westlake High School where he was the President of the Academic Challenge Team. After high school, Mohammad continued his studies at Cleveland State University where he majored in Chemistry with a minor in Biology. Thereafter, he attended the University of Akron School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate along with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law and Technology.
Mohammad gained valuable legal experience while working as a legal extern for the Honorable Justice Melody Stewart during her tenure as Judge in the Eighth District Court of Appeals of Ohio. He thereafter began working as a law clerk in Akron, Ohio at a law firm focusing primarily on Plaintiff’s side civil litigation. During this time, Mohammad also simultaneously opened and ran a successful business in Downtown Cleveland that he later sold to focus on the practice of law.
Upon becoming a licensed attorney, Attorney Abdallah started a solo law practice in Cleveland, Ohio. After practicing solo for nearly two years, Attorney Abdallah joined forces with Attorney Dvorak to expand capabilities and offer many more services to potential clients.

Attorney Abdallah has been named to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for his part in securing a multi-million dollar settlement in the wrongful death of a four-year-old girl. In his spare time, Mohammad enjoys cheering for his favorite sports teams, executive producing films with a local production company, and spending time with family and friends. Attorney Abdallah also enjoys giving back to his community and aiding nonprofits that focus on issues dear to him. He currently resides in Westlake, Ohio with his lovely wife and their young son. He is also a fluent speaker of Arabic and Spanish.
Attorney Mark Dvorak
Mark was born and raised in Northeastern Ohio. He grew up playing sports and participating in 4-H at both the Geauga County and Ohio State Fairs. Mark went on to graduate from Trinity High School and the University of Akron College of Engineering specializing in water quality, treatment and distribution. After his undergraduate studies, Mark began working with and mentoring the University’s student athletes as a Graduate Assistant while enrolled at the University of Akron School of Law.
During law school, Mark was an active member of the nationally recognized mock trial team and served as an intern for two law firms with practices in intellectual property and civil litigation. Additionally, Mark gained mediation experience during his brief time with the Mediation Department at the City of Akron Municipal Court.
After becoming licensed to practice law in Ohio, Mark practiced with a civil litigation law firm in Akron, Ohio for nearly two years before starting his own practice. Thereafter, Mark and Mo decided to join forces to provide their clients with a wider range of services and capabilities.
Mark believes in his city and gives back in a variety of ways. He currently serves on the Young Professional Board for The Cornerstone of Hope in Independence, Ohio in which he was elected as the group’s Treasurer. Mark also volunteers his time as a Board Member of Kent State University’s Twinsburg Branch. Through these volunteer opportunities, Mark is able to give back to the local community as well as continually gain new perspectives from people in all walks of life.
In addition to his volunteer work, Mark continually works to pass the torch to the next generation of law students and lawyers. Mark has worked as a high school mock trial team coach on multiple occasions, and most recently with the St. Edwards High School’s Mock Trial Team. Mark has also served as a judge for the Ohio High School Mock Trial District and Regional Competitions. Mark also serves as a mentor as part of the Ohio State Supreme Court’s Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program. This program helps Ohio’s newly licensed lawyers find an experienced mentor to assist into the transition of practicing law.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his loving wife Amy and their dog Jordan. Mark also cherishes spending time with family and friends. When looking to socialize or get some exercise, you may find Mark playing golf, basketball or cheering on the Cleveland sports teams.
